oneSuite modules at a glance

All available language resources – such as terminology data and translation memories – must be integrated in the best possible way so that linguistic specifications can be optimally integrated into translation processes. In oneSuite, our comprehensive translation and localisation tool, various modules mesh together seamlessly. We present what each module can do and how they complement one another in a short blog series.

Following on from our oneReview correction platform, we now present our terminology management system oneTerm. Simple, browser-based and flexible software for terminology management and terminology work.

Terminology is the unique specialist language of each company. Using these consistently across all departments and countries is the task and goal of terminology management. (More on this in the article “What is terminology management?”) Professional terminology management and systematic terminology administration offer numerous advantages. Aside the obvious ones – including fewer misunderstandings, reduced need for corrections and easier work for editors, copywriters and translators – a clean terminology database also provides the foundation for modern translation technologies such as MTPE (Machine Translation + Post-Editing) and AI applications.
